Strategic Concepts in Organizing and Policy Education (SCOPE) builds grassroots power to create social and economic justice for low-income, immigrant, woman, femme, black, and brown communities in Los Angeles.
EVENT DESIGN
For a series of networking events at Afrotech, I designed a bold yet lighthearted and playful trifold pamphlet featuring event details, links to additional programming, and a custom map of Austin, TX. The map included icons for notable landmarks and highlighted Black-owned restaurants. Additionally, I created welcome signage for each event, marketing materials showcasing Blavity.org’s charitable impact, and large-format signage to brand a pop-up trailer, ensuring a cohesive and visually engaging experience.
